Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States
Standard shipping is a flat $6 per order.

International
We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping is a flat $10 per order. International orders may take longer than 6 to 10 business days depending on the destination and customs. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule, using the same shipping rates and delivery times.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package arrives damaged, email sales@aquachar.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.
